Prenatal sessions

It’s tough to find a challenging yet safe workout when you’re pregnant! Whether you’d like to begin a gentle workout routine now that you’re newly growing a human, or don’t want to stop doing challenging workouts just because you’re pregnant, I have you covered. Once you get exercise clearance from your doctor, I’ll guide you through personalized, challenging, pregnancy safe workouts that will evolve over the course of your pregnancy to get you toned, strong, and fit! Workouts will be full body, with emphasis on core and pelvic floor strength for easier delivery/recovery, and proper abdominal engagement to help prevent diastasis recti (splitting of the front abdominal muscles).
